When a customer places an order at your store you will receive an e-mail with a link. Simply click on that link and you will taken to our secure server. Just enter your merchant name and password. Your order will then be unencrypted on our secure server so you can view and print the order.
You may also log directly into the members administration area, click on the link to view orders, and then enter the invoice number.
