All sales are final. Refunds will only be granted if Remote Cart determines an error was committed by them or their employees. If such error has occurred, the total amount of the refund shall not exceed the price paid for the month of service in which the error occurred.

Remote Cart, LLC disclaims any warranties expressed or implied on goods or services listed on the service. Remote Cart, LLC DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute resides in the courts of the State of Hawaii. You further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the State of Hawaii in connection with any dispute or claim involving Remote Cart, LLC.

If any legal action or other legal proceeding (including arbitration) relating to the performance under this Agreement or the enforcement of any provision of this Agreement is brought against any Party hereto, the prevailing Party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees, costs and disbursements (in addition to any other relief to which the prevailing Party may be entitled).

The Terms and Conditions of this Disclaimer supersede any prior agreements between you and Remote Cart, LLC . The Terms and Conditions of this Disclaimer may be amended from time to time, by Remote Cart, LLC in its sole discretion by posting the amendments in the Terms and Conditions.
